INGREDIENTS
- Whey – 400 ml
- Wholegrain flour – 550-600 g
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp.
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Yeast (dry) – 1 tsp.
- (Seeds, nuts) – 3 tbsp.
PREPARATION
- In warm whey dilute yeast, salt, add oil and mix everything.
- Add the flour and seeds, knead the dough.
- Put the dough into a bowl and leave in a warm place for 1-2 hours. The dough should increase in volume.
- Put the dough on the table and form a loaf and put it on the baking tray. Make incisions with a sharp knife and leave for 20-30 minutes
- Bake bread in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes with steam (put a deep pan with water on the bottom of the oven), after 15 minutes the temperature is reduced to 160 degrees and bake without steam for about 15-20 minutes.
